Welcome to Ezyfood. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Ezyfood website (ezyfood.in) and the purchase of our ready-to-eat flash-frozen meals, retort boil-in-the-bag packs, and traditional sweets. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Introduction & Corporate Identity

The platform "Ezyfood" is owned and operated by Ezyfood India Pvt Ltd (formerly Indomeal), having its central dispatch hub at B3, Saptarshi Industrial Complex, 2nd Floor, Kolkata, West Bengal - 700056.

2. Product Representation & Food Quality

• We make every effort to display the authentic ingredients, portion sizes, preparation instructions, and allergen warnings of our dishes with total accuracy.
• Food images on our website represent serving suggestions. Actual packaging may vary slightly in appearance due to vacuum seal and thermal container specifications.
• All our items are prepared under hygienic conditions adhering to FSSAI standards with zero chemical preservatives.

3. Customer Temperature Storage Responsibility

Because Ezyfood specializes in flash-frozen foods, temperature integrity post-handover is critical:

• Upon receiving your frozen food parcel, you must immediately transfer the vacuum-sealed trays to a domestic freezer operating at or below -18°C.
• Ambient retort pouch packs should be kept in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.
• Ezyfood cannot be held responsible for bacterial deterioration, spoilage, or thaw occurring as a result of delayed freezing or improper domestic storage after delivery handover.

4. Pricing, GST & Payment Terms

• All prices displayed on the website are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• We accept online payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and select digital wallets through encrypted payment gateways, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pincodes.
• Promotional discount coupons must be applied prior to placing the order and cannot be combined or redeemed for cash.

5. Order Dispatch & Delivery Verification

Orders are dispatched based on chosen or scheduled delivery slots. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery addresses and ensure availability to receive temperature-sensitive parcels. In the event of delivery failure due to customer unavailability or invalid phone number, redelivery charges may apply.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All logos, graphics, trademarks, food photographs, packaging designs, website software, and proprietary recipe formulations are the intellectual property of Ezyfood India Pvt Ltd. Any unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Ezyfood's total liability for any claim arising out of a purchased product shall not exceed the total price paid by you for that specific order. Any dispute or litigation shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
