- Standard Cold-Chain Delivery: For orders below ₹1,500, a nominal handling and temperature preservation fee is calculated at checkout based on distance.

5. Essential Receipt Instructions for Customers
To guarantee optimal culinary satisfaction, please follow these simple steps upon arrival:
- Unbox Promptly: Open the thermal container as soon as the courier delivers the package.
- Inspect Frozen Items: Ensure trays and pouches are solid to the touch.
- Store in Freezer: Immediately place flash-frozen meal trays in your home freezer at -18°C. Retort boil-in-bag packs can be kept in your pantry.
- Safe Handling: Gel packs can be refrozen for household use or disposed of safely with normal dry recyclables.
